Artist description:

Aztec Outpost was born in May 2001 by Erwin Verreyt and Marc Van Steyvoort. Erwin started playing guitar, sax and piano at an early age. Marc has his musical roots with drum and later with DJ work and keyboard. A mix of several music streams brought the typical Gothic House and Southern session sound : Deep house from Rulin ( Ministry of Sound), Nu-Trance by Piu and Picotto, the techno outfits from Junkie XL, the power surf from Prodigy and Leftield, the jazzy hot sounds from Gotan Project and the Chill-out and south-bass rhythms from Ibiza ( Tnx PagoPago ). This first digital album , Bassbeat, is a tribute to all people that fight the big brothers on earth. It kills creative thinking !!! Kick some more ass !!!
