Can not download.
I am currently on IE version 9.

I was previously on IE8.

Have re-installed to IE Ver 9.

Still can not download.
What browser, are most people using to download with?

Should i try Firefox?.
Currently on, the latest version for Adobe flash player.

My virus program is, Norton 360 premier edition.

If every one else can download, why is the server having security issues with my set up?.

ERROR!. You do not have, the proper privileges to download that file.

Do i need to experiment, with several browsers to achieve results?.

I am on VISTA 64 bit.
Upgraded my ram from 4gb to 6gb.
The CPU is a T9400 @ 2.53GHZ.

Video card is a NVIDIA GFORCE 9800M GTX.
Laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio X300.

The model with ' Flames on lid ' design.
I scan for mal ware and viruses.
There are no problems with them.

The firewall is enabled.
Dance industries, has been set up as a trusted sites zone.

I do not want to install WIN 7.
Toshiba does not fully support, WIN7 for my discontinued X300 series.

I previously experimented with WIN 7.
Everything went smooth, except for one problem.
I lost the use of function keys, up on display screen.

Could not gain full functionality.
Anyway WIN7 ,does not feel very different from VISTA.
I reckon WIN7 is just VISTA re-designed.

So now i am back on VISTA 64 bit.
As regards download problem, shall experiment with Firefox to see what happens.

Nice melodies.

Melodic trance produced in a dominant major key. This is different and although not my preferred style the arrangements are well produced and the mix is powerful. 8/10.
