Biography

My first interest in 'electronic music' was when I was 13 and brought my first record way back in 1985. This was Harold Faltermyer's "Axel F" on 7" vynil. Around this time I was still doing piano lessons but also I played an electronic (Bontempi) keyboard and drum machine to make simple pop compositions. I was also the keyboard player for a while in a school pop/rock band! At the turn of the decade my interest was geared to the hypnotic and detuned synth sounds of the 90's rave scene which was when alternative dance music really took hold of me. I started doing some compositions when I acquired a PC and used early versions of FruityLoops/Rebirth to do those. Then, my brother Timbassman (called that because of his talent at making bass and guitar loops!), showed me buzzmachines free music software. I mostly use this for making tracks together with various VST plugins, home made and imported sound samples.

Acheivements on D.I. to date:-

26 = 8 star tracks (80% D.I. rating)
1 = 8.5 star track (assisted by DFUK!)
1 = 9.0 star track (Timbassman's vox helped!)
2 = Star Tracks of the Week (STOTW). These were 'From Stonehenge to the Cosmos' and 'Up Time Dub Time.'

I'm now very pleased to be assisting Dance Industries as one of their Music Directors.:)

Here is a video I made of me playing Half-Lfe 2 EP2 with 'Chaos Theory Alternative' dubbed in.

Below is an arcade I always use to love...guess I'm showing my age.;) Why not have a go?

'Tremors' .
Hey Davey :) Yea i can see what you mean with the pad. My is very similar to yours. Crazy song btw, and i mean that in good way. Very provoking experimental & a joy. I like the all around picture and the different lines you show us in this song. "almost eager with 1000 of ideas, testing in the same box". Super! Thank you. Gonna listen some more to you and your music, but first my GF wanna watch a movie;)

Hey Davey. Thanks for your attention and your help
I take a time to listen you:
I like your trip, and my favorite songs are :

We're in a UFO ( really great and tonic )
MagmaVander ( hihi ), Space delirium, El petit jardi, Story from a last age, Dont look back, Love song, From Stonehenge to the cosmos, Solar Funk.

I love really too much this one : Euphoreador : this one is implacable, almost punk
In all your songs I like your drum's work, but with some virtual percusions which seems naturals , I think you can add more heat , but perhaps that's not what you search

I love then Eternal Emotion : something really strange and funny, all is turning around both voices, and I imagine it, with a little more phasing effect in female voice, and some short moments whithout reverb in the male voice , for contrasting.

Love Song is great. So I'll stop to make a list, coz I like all yours last songs. Ciao...

Hey Davey. Thanks for your reply on my newest song ("Orange Ocean"). But didn't 2mins used to just barely qualify as a full song? I remember when I uploaded my 1min version of "Moonday", I seem to remember people saying 2mins or more counts as full, which makes sense because think about how short pop songs used to be in the 50s and early 60s. Anyways, thanks for the feedback.

Hello Davey very thanks for your professional comments !

About your question for "Dunmer's Dungeon" actually I have a problem!

I can not find an address where I could contact Rob King, no sites, no nothing, I may be looking bad!

I am not really copyrighted. The music that I make are not sold and will not be selling.

Besides I do here now broadcasts a music with sounds of composer Rob King "old 14 years old subject to copyright law from a very old game

I've struggled to find the name of the composer of video game!

I identify information in the name of composer to listen to samples.

Unfortunately it's music that I love and who are about to be completely forgotten.

If you have more knowledge than me in royalties could you help me, tell me?

If you really, I would delete this music site, I will not let the name of the title!

Awaiting your reply
Thank you in advance

Baptiste
